- Confirm the monitor is powered on and the power light is lit.
- Reseat the video cable (HDMI/DisplayPort/USB-C) at both ends.
- Try a different cable or port if available.
- For laptops, press the display-toggle key combination (often Fn + F8/F4).
If a second monitor also fails, the issue may be the computer — open a ticket under Hardware.
