If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself:

1. Go to the login page and click Lost your password?
2. Enter your username or email address.
3. Check your email for a reset link (check spam if it does not arrive within a few minutes).
4. Choose a strong new password — at least 12 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.

If you do not receive the email or your account is locked, open a ticket under Account / Access and our team will help.
