1. Check the printer is on, has paper, and shows no error lights.
2. Confirm you selected the correct printer in the print dialog.
3. Clear any stuck jobs from the print queue.
4. Turn the printer off and on, then try a test page.

If the printer is offline on the network, open a ticket under Hardware with the printer name or location.
