Phishing emails try to trick you into revealing passwords or clicking malicious links. Watch for:

• Urgent or threatening language (“your account will be closed”).
• Generic greetings and unexpected attachments.
• Sender addresses that do not match the real organization.
• Links that, when hovered, point somewhere unexpected.

Do not click links or reply. Report the message to IT by opening a ticket and attaching or forwarding it.
