- Enter the server address provided by IT.
- Sign in with your work credentials and approve the 2FA prompt.
If the VPN connects but resources are unreachable, restart your device and try again, then open a ticket under Network if needed.

- Try a wired connection if Wi-Fi is failing.
- Confirm there is no known outage notice from IT.
