Shared storage is usually mapped automatically when you sign in. If a drive is missing:

  1. Restart your computer to re-run sign-in scripts.
  2. In File Explorer, choose Map network drive and enter the path IT provided.
  3. Use your work credentials if prompted.

If you need access to a folder you cannot see, open a ticket under Account / Access.

In most meeting apps (Teams, Zoom, Meet):

  1. Join the meeting and find the Share button on the toolbar.
  2. Choose a specific window or your whole screen.
  3. To share audio (for video), tick Share sound.
  4. Click Stop sharing when finished.
