- Install an authenticator app such as Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, or Authy.
- In your account security settings, choose Enable 2FA.
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
- Enter the 6-digit code to confirm, then save your backup codes somewhere safe.
Never share your codes with anyone — IT will never ask for them.

- Wait 15 minutes and try again with the correct password.
- Use Lost your password? to reset if you are unsure of your password.
- Still locked out? Open a ticket and include the username and roughly when the lockout started.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself:
- Go to the login page and click Lost your password?
- Enter your username or email address.
- Check your email for a reset link (check spam if it does not arrive within a few minutes).
- Choose a strong new password — at least 12 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
If you do not receive the email or your account is locked, open a ticket under Account / Access and our team will help.
